Clothing and Personal Items
This is what we
recommend you bring for a 5 day course.
Please bear in mind that a Lagganlia Experience can (and probably will!)
be a wet and muddy one at times.
Don’t pack your
best, smartest and newest gear!

At least
three warm “tops” (fleece/hoodie type)
·
At
least three pairs of loose fitting warm trousers (track suit or jogging bottoms
but not jeans – one for travel only)
·

t-shirts
·
Underwear
- 2 pairs a day
·
Shorts
– 2 pairs
·
Socks
(at least 1 thick pair) – 2 pairs per day
·
Training
shoes (2 pairs, the grubbier the better) – one pair that will stay wet
·
Slim
slippers or something to wear inside the Centre (optional)
·
Gloves
& hat
·
Light
pyjamas/nightwear (2 sets – no onesies)

Swimming
costume

Small
hot drink flask, no larger than ½ litre (optional)

to fit in rucksack (essential)

– clearly labelled with name and instructions and bagged including seasickness
tablets/remedies)

jacket to travel and for evening activities
We advise those
embarking upon a course at Lagganlia to try to provide as many personal items
from the above lists as possible. All
technical outdoor clothing and equipment is provided by the Centre.
